I've been racing a lot and have found that I have more acne on my neck. When I shower after running?

I've been running much and I seem to have more acne on my neck at the hairline where the hair ends and begins the neck. It's not like a full blown grain .. but it is there Is there something I put there to prevent this? Talcum powder or something? Also, after running and sweating can I shower or should I wait? and how time?
